Prismatics – Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used Prismatics via Facebook Login or Google Login and wish to delete your account or personal data, you can do so anytime. Prismatics only stores the minimum data required to operate the platform and does not keep any unnecessary personal data.

Option 1: Request Full Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data by sending an email to:

admin@prismatics.co

Include the subject line: "Delete My Account – Prismatics". We will delete your account, reporting data, OAuth tokens, analytics cache, and all associated information within 30 days.

Option 2: Delete Your Data from Within Prismatics

  1. Log in to https://www.prismatics.co
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion

Option 3: Facebook Data Deletion

If you signed in via Facebook, you can trigger deletion directly through Facebook's settings:

Remove the Prismatics app. Facebook will automatically send a request to delete your data from our systems.

What Data We Delete

  • Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
  • All connected advertising accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
  • Cached analytics and reporting data
  • Campaign performance data and insights
  • All personal preferences and settings

Processing Time

Your request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
